The room was clean and good. There was no water, no slippers, and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work.

The stairs between floors are really cool, but finding the hotel is a nightmare because the entrance is through a pizzeria and there’s no sign. Every time you have to walk through a full crowd of café patrons it’s unpleasant: people are moving while we shuffle between tables with beach bags, the waiters change and each time they throw us a look as if we’re café guests. The balcony sits right over the café, which stays open until 2 am. We booked a twin room, yet when we checked in none were available, and we never saw any twin rooms even when we peeked into rooms being cleaned.

The location near the sea and in the center of Pratumnak is great, and the room is small but nice. The top floor has a steep ramp, cockroaches appear if you leave the shower drain open, and you have to weave through restaurant customers on the ground floor to get in and out.

I didn’t like anything because my reservation was cancelled before I arrived, even though it was confirmed two weeks later.
