All the staff were helpful, kind and respectful, and I wish them all the best; nothing was lacking, everything was fabulous.

The reception staff were not too rushed when dealing with customers, yet at that moment the local team gave me incorrect Wi‑Fi details, forcing me to descend and wait for a new password; the staff were not friendly then.
