Property was easy to find, and in a convenient area close to restaurants and pubs. The bed was very comfortable and the room was lovely. Basic amenities were also provided which was nice. Unfortunately our room was facing the main road, so we were very disturbed by the loud bass/music from the pubs across the road - this disturbance was until midnight and it was extremely loud. I also found breakfast to be highly disappointing when we were told by staff that we could only order two dishes per room, meaning 1 dish per person if you were travelling with a friend or partner. Considering the price of staying for one night, I’d at the very least expect two dishes per person. Portions weren’t great either, if I’d have known earlier that I could only have 1 free dish for breakfast I would have saved myself for a cafe that sells nicer specialised dishes. If a hotel can’t afford to give atleast 2 dishes per person then it would be more tasteful to have guests just pay a price for a breakfast buffet, this level of stingeyness does not match the nice quality of the hotel

I’d give it 9.0/10. The surroundings were shady and pleasant, with plenty of big trees. The owner was kind and very friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel - everything was perfect, from the cleanliness to the staff's friendliness. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a huge selection of options to choose from. If I'm being picky, I'd say it would've been nice to have a second cup of coffee, but we didn't even think to ask for it.

The lake views from the hotel room were absolutely stunning. It's a shame that the hotel's noise level was a bit of a problem, but the scenery made up for it. The sound of the water lapping against the shore was so soothing. Overall, it was a lovely stay.
