The spa was not working, which was a negative factor in choosing this hotel.
The room had unpleasant smells from the rugs, was dirty and damp, and the walls were covered in dust.

The breakfast was decent and the staff were very friendly, but I spotted a cockroach in the room in the morning and the pool area was extremely noisy.
The proximity to the metro was great and everything else was fine.
The service was very good, but there was no small clock to check the time, which was a bit inconvenient.
