The room offers an inner courtyard view and a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, towels and toilet paper. A flat‑screen TV, free Wi‑Fi and an air purifier provide entertainment and air quality, while heating, a refrigerator, an electric kettle and a tea/coffee maker cover in‑room comforts. A seating area, wardrobe, clothes rack and a wardrobe or closet complete the space, which sleeps two guests. Upper floors are reachable by elevator.

The environment is pleasant, and there were no negatives.
The location is very good. Everything was close: restaurants, shops. We really did not like the noise from the nightclub until the morning. It was Friday, so it was probably free. Private nightclub.
Contactless key hand‑over, the lodging is in an apartment building next to the Albert supermarket. A kettle and a small fridge are available.

The accommodation is in a new or renovated house, everything is clean, new and fully equipped. Parking is right next to the lodging, next to Albert and a drugstore. A bus and train stop are within walking distance. I appreciate the contactless check‑in. The apartment’s amenities are also sufficient, except the fridge is very small and there is no detergent for washing mugs. We were dissatisfied with one fundamental issue that the host cannot fix, but for us it is so important that we would not choose this place again. Inside the building there is apparently a “guesthouse” for Ukrainian employees. Those people threw very noisy parties on Friday and Saturday nights. On Friday several groups took turns, and on the balcony a short distance from our window multiple independent parties were held. We asked them for quiet at 23:00, 01:00, 03:00, and finally we decided that since it was Friday, let them have fun. That did not satisfy us, and we expected Saturday night to be even worse… (quiet only after “threatening” police at about 03:30). So thank you for the stay, but we will not come again.
For the price it was really comfortable. Clean, private and especially available at any hour.
