“Never got access- did not stay!”

We never actually stayed there – no one answered our emails or messages, so we had to find another place because we had no idea how to get in. Everything was a mess.

“Dirty”

The location was fine, but when I checked in the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or even vacated. Towels lay on the floor, clearly used, with long black hairs; a half‑eaten candy packet was in the room. The bed had obvious prior use – long hairs and stains on the sheets. There was a live centipede in the shower, mold on the ceiling, and when I tried to call the staff number three to four times, no one answered.

I never even got inside. The front door had a broken London‑style window.

The place was cold and damp, the radiator didn’t work, but they let us switch rooms, which I appreciated. The shared bathroom was moldy, towels and tissues were scattered on the floor. They took my £150 security deposit for no reason after saying they’d refund it. If you’re looking for a cheap spot, it’s okay, but being scammed out of £150 after countless calls and messages with no refund is a big red flag – stay away.
