Amazing place and incredible people! If we could give 100 out of 10, we would definitely do it. We were staying with family, and these were the best days in Kutaisi thanks to this amazing family! From the first minute we were surrounded by such care and warmth, as if we had come to visit the closest and most beloved relatives. Real, sincere Georgian hospitality that makes your soul feel warm. The house is incredibly cozy, perfectly clean, and has everything for comfortable living. The location is excellent — everything is close, yet quiet and peaceful. Huge thanks to the hosts for your kindness, smiles, for putting your soul into our stay! We left with tears in our eyes. If we return to Kutaisi, we’ll only go back to you! We recommend it from the bottom of our hearts! Amazing stay in Kutaisi! The hosts are a wonderful, warm, and very welcoming family. The place was clean, cozy, and perfectly located. We spent two nights at Sofia while heading from Tbilisi to Kutaisi, and it turned out to be a delightful experience. From the instant we stepped in, we were greeted warmly. We chatted with the owner, Vito, who was very friendly and offered superb suggestions for local sights and tasty food spots. The accommodation itself was comfortable, with dependable Wi‑Fi and a solid breakfast to start the day. We also met Vito’s parents; even though we didn’t share a language, we communicated smoothly, making it a genuinely heartwarming moment. All in all, it’s a charming family‑run spot, and I would strongly recommend Sofia to anyone seeking a cozy and welcoming stay in Kutaisi.
