I booked a hotel with a similar name in the same area, but they handed me this one instead of the one I selected; there was no air conditioning and the elevator wasn’t working, even though the listing didn’t mention that the building was unair‑conditioned or that the elevator was out of service. Both my husband and I have health issues, and when we complained to the staff they told us we should have chosen a different hotel.
