The place was clean, and I didn't have any bad experiences. Everything was tidy, no complaints at all.

I really liked the room – small, cozy, clean, warm, and the TV was a good stand‑in for internet. That was enough for me. The staff were great, even though I barely speak Czech; they were patient, spoke slowly, and kept smiling. Thanks a lot. The only downside was no internet, but they later explained and apologized.

Nice spot in the city center, clean rooms, and a friendly welcome. The shower area was tiny, and there was no shower curtain or something.

The staff were not helpful at all.
