The mini‑apartment was spotless and fully equipped, with brand‑new fixtures in the bathroom, kitchen, and furniture. The bed was comfortable, the bedding bright and clean, and the towels white. Air conditioning worked well. The kitchenette had everything needed. I might be rating a higher‑standard room (with kitchenette) – the pension also offers other rooms. On the ground floor is a restaurant where a 0.5 l Czech beer costs 6,70 zł (September 2026), a price unheard of in Poland. The restaurant also serves various Czech dishes and pizza, and the waitress is very friendly. To reach GSS you have to cross to the Czech side – the return walk is about 2 km along a charming path to the village of Łąka. The distance is roughly 4 km but worth it.
