A fantastic stay to visit the Ionian coast beaches in Messina. The property is new and fully equipped. The owner was very friendly and courteous. Cleanliness is impeccable and the breakfast is good quality. Highly recommended!

The only good thing is the strategic location and the air‑conditioning (luckily, given the treatment). If you want a place where you feel unwelcome, this is the perfect address. An unforgettable experience. Outlandish and hidden rules, incomprehensible kitchen restrictions, and a management that could only be described as vague. No transparency, no smoothness, and an assistance that shines for its uselessness. Money wasted, never again.

The property is very beautiful, intimate, and renovated in an elegant and functional way. The breakfast is perfect with the famous Messinese granita with cream. The welcome is excellent.
