The location is convenient, about 1 km from the center, and the quality is better than expected for the price. It’s clean and comfortable, with private bathrooms, good hot water, and shared facilities (table, dryer). There’s a kitchen, though I’m not sure if it’s allowed. The property has two levels; the upper level is at street level, and the lower level has stairs down. It’s not an underground basement, just a design difference and ground level variance. I find that design interesting, which is a plus for me. The owners are cheerful, cute, and work online professionally. This is a border area, so foreign visitors are not accepted. There’s no danger, just government law. I have no complaints, but I’ll leave a few notes for others. There’s a parking lot, but I could only park 1–3 cars. If you’re driving, contact the owner first about the route and parking. The rooms are comfortable and private but have poor sound insulation. Some room and bathroom doors can make noise when opened or closed. Lower floor rooms have ventilation fans, but if you stay more than three days and it rains, you might notice a damp smell; you can ask about housekeeping services for longer stays.
