We had a wonderful stay in Vienna; the accommodations were spacious and comfortable, feeling like home. The breakfast was very varied and delicious, and the welcome was warm—definitely want to return. Nothing was lacking at all.

The bed was super comfy and the room had plenty of space. The only downside was the distant traffic noise – the street itself is quiet, but the ring road isn’t far away.

Panus was a great host who really cares about his guests. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was top‑notch, with a lot of care put into it. I’d definitely recommend this cozy hotel to anyone visiting Vienna.

This place isn’t a typical hotel – no front desk, just an office, and no restaurant. It feels more like an old apartment building, with rooms of varying sizes and small kitchenettes. The décor is very charming. Breakfast is delivered to your room after you order via WhatsApp the night before, beautifully presented. The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s well‑located near the tram station and plenty of small restaurants and bars.
