It was clean, but our room wasn’t ready on time; it took an extra 45 minutes to get it set up. We checked in at 4 o’clock and had a dinner reservation, so we were a bit behind schedule.

The staff were friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the location near Station Square was great; the food at the restaurant was delicious. When we arrived, fruit flies were on the bathroom mirror.

The bed was comfortable, that’s all. We arrived at 4 o’clock and the room was still not ready because of a water leak. Construction with a jackhammer went on outside all night, and we weren’t warned beforehand. The toilet seat had feces underneath when we got there, the vent rattled from the AC unit, and the unit was infested with drain flies that landed on us all night. All they offered was free valet parking because the hotel was fully booked.

The staff were very nice despite multiple issues going on during my stay. Arrived at 530 and waited 45 minutes for a room due to none being ready or cleaned. They are committed to rooms being available by 4 pm. They also had no towels so we had to use the same towels our entire stay. Nothing was cleaned or ready to go. Went to front desk at night both nights and no one was there when trying to purchase water and snacks. Then there was a mix up with the rooms. Thought I booked two queen bed. It was one queen bed and front desk said yeah the wording on the 3rd party is confusing this happens a lot. And of course they were all out of double queen rooms. They did put me in a king room which I appreciated despite everything else

The hotel is recent, with many associated services, clean rooms, and a fairly spacious room. It is within walking distance of interesting places. Still, there is room for improvement; for example, a water fountain is missing.
