The beds were super comfortable and the staff friendly, but the room with a pool was icy cold and the ceiling had mold from high humidity.

“Great life experience”

Customer service was great at all times, the food was good, the shower water pressure was great, the hotel design and decoration were nice, and the price versus experience was good. In the morning the light came from small square windows, soap in the shower fell constantly (tiny soap and large tray), there was no shower door so cold air entered and water leaked out.

“Una vergüenza este hotel.”

No,nos gustó el trato hacia nosotros. hicimos un viaje largo para llegar al hotel. y nos dijeron que el precio de la reserva que teníamos estaba mal.y que no podían hospedarnos porque fue Supuestamente era problema de booking. Hacia mucho frio, y el de recepción nos hizo salir afuera. porque iba a fumarse un cigarro y no podíamos estar adentró del hotel. Básicamente nos estaba echando, sin siquiera ayudarnos.Nos gastamos mucho dinero para llegar en taxi, y después tuvimos que pagar un hotel muy caro. Era muy tarde y no nos quedó otra alternativa.
