The space looked very nice, but the host never answered calls and when we finally reached him, he was hostile… I would not recommend it.

“Cabaña had someone else in it”

When I arrived it was clear that all the cabins were occupied. The management were not present, but I managed to contact the owner. He told me he had given my cabin to someone else, but offered no explanation.

The host never answered the phone, so we had no idea how to get into the property. Customer service was terrible from the moment we tried to call to confirm our booking; they should provide clear phone numbers so guests can stay informed.
