Palace offers very good service. The beach was covered in seaweed, so it wasn’t really usable, but seeing sea turtles lay eggs and hatch babies was a once‑in‑a‑lifetime experience that more than made up for the messy beach.

The restaurants serve great food and the staff are excellent. The outdoor seating by the pool and beach is outstanding, and staff keep checking in on you. The room‑service menu could use a wider variety—maybe a few items from the restaurant menus would help.

Es un hotel que se descansa realmente, el personal super amable, Daniel el recepcionista nos atendió de lujo! La comida es exquisita y si sos de lo dulce se lleva todo los puntos. Vinimos luego de 10 años y mantiene la calidad y el servicio de manera excelente. Fue un placer volver!. Sin comentarios, todo muy lindo
