The staff were very nice, the single room was very simple, more like a single cell, the location was great, the breakfast was okay but there were very few tables in the breakfast room.

The breakfast was good and sufficient, the room was clean, the bathroom was great, the only downside was that the building is a bit dated, noticeable at the room doors, and the parking garage is right next door; I would book there again.

Shuttle zum Musical in 10'. Preis Leistungsverhältnis super. Service 24 Stunden Rezeption besetzt. Alle Fragen, was man wo findet, konnten fachmännisch beantwortet werden, waren zu 100% umsetzbar, einfach Klasse. Wir haben in Hamburg nur zuvorkommende, hilfsbereite, freundliche Menschen getroffen,. /

We tried two different rooms where the carpet smelled of smelly feet. we told the lady in the reception too but she couldnt care less:)
