Good location, not far from the city, with a pool and a bathtub in the room – a good value. The room is a bit old and the walls are peeling.

Situated on Phrae’s edge, it’s easy to reach nearby sites and the town center; the rooms are roomy, tidy, and well‑air‑conditioned. The bathtub in our room, however, was broken.
The bedding was dirty.

Really spacious and comfortable apartment with 2 sofas to watch TV and rest. Comfortable clean mattresses. Tasty breakfast. Nothing
“Very pleasant place to stay in Phrae”
The room was quiet and comfortable, and breakfast was tasty; the breakfast area beside the small pool felt peaceful, exactly what you want in the morning. It’s a bit far from town center, so you’ll need to drive to see Phrae’s sights, but its proximity to the highway makes it perfect as a stopover when traveling from Chiang Mai to Nan.
