The breakfast was hearty and tasty, and the service was good, but the air conditioner took a while to cool the room and I struggled to get the Wi‑Fi in because the password they gave me didn't work.

The pool was spotless and the water temperature was just right for my 8‑year‑old daughters to relax; I’ll definitely return for the pool. This is the third time we’ve stayed at this hotel during our annual trip from Mexico City to Chihuahua.

The pool didn’t smell of chlorine, which we liked, and the breakfast had a wide range of foods while the bed was truly comfortable, yet the juices at breakfast were artificial, the towels were somewhat worn, the climate made a lot of noise, and the hair dryer didn’t work.
