“Well-kept, comfortable stay with great breakfast”

We stayed four nights in October and enjoyed it. The hotel isn’t brand new, but it’s clearly well maintained and you can see real attention to detail throughout. Our room was comfortable and the mattresses were very good. Breakfast was tasty and fresh, and the homemade pastries were a real highlight. Parking was easy and convenient. Overall, good value for money, and we would consider staying again. A few things could be improved. A kettle or coffee machine in the room would be a big plus, as we missed it, especially after long hikes. The pillows were fine but a bit thin, so better quality ones would help. The Wi‑Fi dropped out from time to time and was sometimes slow. The pool area has no changing room, and it was not clear where guests are supposed to change.

The location is great—hikes start right nearby and the bus stop is just outside the building. Our room was quiet, the beds were nice and clean. The first room we got was above the kitchen, and when the exhaust fan ran it made a loud hum in the room, so we were moved to another room that was much better.

The mountain view really hit the spot, and right next to the hotel there was a pasture with cows wearing bell collars that made a constant “bell ringing” sound while they ate, giving a great Bavarian vibe. 😊😊👍

I stayed here for five days. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was great, about three kilometers from Königssee,The breakfast was excellent, and the swimming pool was very nice. My kids enjoyed it a lot. The staff were friendly and spoke very well. Nothing
