The door to my room wouldn't lock, which was disappointing.

I never even got to step into the room I booked, so I’m demanding a full refund. The location was far away, and when I arrived they told me I had the wrong address, so I left and came back. The place felt very uncomfortable; they handed me a room on the 2nd floor in a dark corner and I didn’t even open the door because it was just that uncomfortable. I want my money back, and to top it off they added an extra $50 when I got there—just take my money back!
