Clean and comfortable structure in the centre of the town. The lady who hosted us was truly pleasant, the chats we had definitely added to a great day. The rooms are clean and equipped with what is needed. The town of Ozieri, where the structure is located, is absolutely worth visiting.

Central location close to the town centre. The room was spacious and clean with a view of the city. The staff were a bit grumpy and weren't seen after check‑in. It says B&B but was only B without B. No tea or coffee facilities seen.

The fact that the building was on the third floor without an elevator was clearly stated in the listing, so I was aware of it when booking; that detail isn’t part of my review. The place was clean, the room was spacious enough, had all the standard furnishings and was quite quiet. I liked the mosquito net and the blackout blinds. The en‑suite bathroom was large, and the shower column was a nice touch. There was an 80‑liter water heater, plenty for two people. In the common area a microwave and a fridge were available, though we didn’t use them since we stayed only one night. The owner, Mrs. Graziella, was friendly and pleasant. The price we paid was more than fair. For breakfast you have to heat food yourself or go to a nearby bar. The entrance to the building could be better maintained and highlighted, but it’s probably a communal area and not the property’s fault. If I had to suggest improvements, I’d recommend adding a few more power outlets and a bedside switch to turn off the chandelier.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, the rooms were in a dated but well‑furnished property and the cleaning was good. An air‑conditioner was present (essential on hot days). The central location was convenient.
