“The best hotel in Chiang Mai”

I had a minor issue with my nails (my nail peeled back deep) and was trying to figure it out in the first‑floor restroom. Suddenly, the hotel manager offered to help me and provided first aid, even though it wasn’t her job. I really appreciate her help and kindness, as well as the rest of the staff at this hotel. Everyone is so kind, and I also loved the breakfast here. It was my third time staying at this hotel (annual business trip) and I will choose this next year for sure. No negatives.

The location is great, but it gets noisy at night.

“Absolutely wonderful.”

We were a family of three, and it can be hard to stay on budget while traveling, so we had to use a fold‑out bed for our daughter. When we arrived, the reception manager told us we’d been upgraded to a two‑bedroom suite for the duration of our stay. The extra space to move around and unwind after a week in Hong Kong was a pleasant surprise, and the suite and views were outstanding. Thank you, we’ll definitely come back.

The spot is good; walking to Nimman Mittra Road is convenient, and it’s right across from Mae Yaa Mall. The window glass doesn’t block the sound of planes taking off and landing.

“Location good, but loud noise-- difficult to rest. The room has too many angles and steps-- which is dangerpus.”

The place is in a decent spot and the price is reasonable. I stayed on the 4th floor near the road, and the noise was loud—traffic lights for pedestrians were audible. At night, loud music kept coming into the room until almost 1 a.m. The room layout was poor; the bedroom was tucked behind the bathroom with no view, and to see the view from the bedroom you had to look through the toilet. The sliding door to the toilet is bad, with a step that could hurt you at night, and the toilet floor has steps that are not good. The room has a musty odor.
