The staff were helpful, but the room had no equipment at all, so I had to go to the front desk twice to get soap and toilet paper. The door was terrible; it didn’t block any noise from the stairs, and the light above it let people in the stairwell see straight into my room.

The owner’s communication and welcome fell short of what I expected, making the stay less pleasant. On the bright side, the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, doing their best to make the visit enjoyable. It would have been far better if the owner had managed things more smoothly.

This is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The odor is nauseating and suffocating, making it impossible to feel comfortable. There were no basic items: no towels, no shampoo, no real comfort equipment. When we asked for a towel, they gave us a dirty one. The reception lady’s attitude was also very rude and unprofessional. The only star I give goes to the gentleman at the front desk, who was very kind and welcoming. I strongly advise against staying here.

We want to file a complaint and request a refund for our stay. When we arrived, one of the rooms we had booked wasn’t ready. We were crammed four people into a room meant for two and had to wait until 18h30 with no excuses or explanation. When the room finally opened, we discovered that beds had been set up in a common lounge that opened directly onto our room. To get to our room we had to walk through a space where other guests were sleeping and changing. This clearly violates our privacy and peace and does not match the conditions of our reservation. We consider these conditions unacceptable and ask the platform to intervene and give us an appropriate refund. Sincerely, Meryem.

The view was great, but the room next to mine threw a party with loud music and chatter from 11 pm until 6:30 am, so I couldn’t sleep all night. I tried calling the Riad’s contact numbers but nobody answered. I went to reception many times and no one was there to help. I even asked the guest twice to lower the music, but they ignored me. So if you have any problem during the night, nobody will support you; everyone can do whatever they want at night. I don’t feel confident about that.
