New building offering quietness and a good balance between isolation and proximity to the lake, plus an ambitious project by host Matteo. He’s always friendly and helpful, always making sure we never lacked anything.

Breakfast was truly fantastic! Finding a basket with fresh fruit, jam, chocolate spread, fruit juices, milk, and warm croissants right outside the room door was a real delight. Being able to enjoy it in the room while admiring the view and experiencing absolute tranquility made it even more special. A wonderful way to start the day on the right foot. The location is excellent: just a few steps from the lakeside, yet still surrounded by the silence and calm of the vineyards. The pool is fully available to guests, as are the common areas and the kitchen. I appreciated the decision not to offer Wi‑Fi—it really encourages disconnecting, slowing down, and enjoying the true essence of the experience.
