The room change to an apartment was positive, and I always booked with TerraZa; the establishment is not well cared for, I called to have the ventilator fixed and no one responded, and they don't seem to care much about customers.

The surroundings were peaceful and the receptionist handled interactions well, making the overall hospitality solid. The only downside was that the shower area could use a few tweaks for those who want a more intense shower experience.

The location is convenient, close to the beach, the staff were friendly, the studio was spacious, and the cleanliness and price were good. However, the kitchenette had a corner, but the cabinets were empty, the stove was broken, and most of the lights didn’t work.
