“Constrangimento e discriminação”

I expected a decent hotel with modern facilities and a good location, but I was denied check‑in because I only had a digital ID. The front desk staff refused to let me explore the hotel, insisting that I present a physical document; I asked for a manager, but the attendant said everyone was on vacation and ultimately refused my reservation, even though I had other photo IDs that I use at any other hotel in Greater Florianópolis or elsewhere with my daughter.

The bed and shower were good, and breakfast was excellent. The downside was that parking was paid and the water was very expensive.

“Bom custo-benefício perto do shopping”

The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was good and hot. Breakfast was well stocked, but when we arrived it was close to closing time, so some items were running low, though they were quickly restocked. Overall a good experience. The paid parking is annoying, but at least it guarantees that the car is well cared for and parked inside the hotel. I still had to access the vehicle to retrieve items, and I was well attended and saw that the car was in a covered, secure spot.
