I booked based on reviews and agree with others. The apartment was lovely, clean, and the staff friendly and flexible. The location was good, room service excellent, and I enjoyed myself more than at the hotel.

The room was spacious and very clean. Vittorio was a caring host who attended to every need. The location is fantastic, close to Cagliari’s center. We’ll definitely come back.

I recommend this place 100 %. It’s very well situated, close to several bus stops that take you to the center in 10 minutes or to some beaches. The accommodation is very clean and cleaned daily. I especially want to highlight Vittorio’s kindness; he supplies water, juice, snacks, and tea daily. He also lent us beach towels, an umbrella, and beach mats. We were very well received, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. There’s also a large free parking lot for a vehicle. In short, it’s the perfect lodging if you want comfort and a good spot to visit southern Sardinia. Huge thanks to Vittorio!

The place was clean, welcoming, and quiet. Everything was perfect: about a 20‑minute walk to the center, free parking in front of the property, and all kinds of comfort inside. A shout‑out to the host who gave us water, snacks, tea, two beers, and everything needed for the next day’s breakfast upon arrival. Highly recommended! Nothing to complain about.

We absolutely loved everything! The city and the accommodation were great, the stay exceptional, the room comfortable and clean, exceeding our expectations. The host was very responsive and attentive (the minibar stocked with good items, the place always smelled fresh thanks to daily maintenance, various streaming subscriptions available on the TV, and even an umbrella for the beach that was very useful). In short, perfect! The location is strategic and well served by bus and train. We highly recommend Vittorio’s rooms and would love to return.
