I didn't like anything; I will not visit again. I had booked a specific type of room and there was a reception offer from the airport and transport plus some other perks. An email was sent with my arrival time and flight number, and I requested the room be on an upper floor. The reply said the reception would be ready, and when we arrived at Addis Ababa airport at dawn, it was raining and cold. We searched for the hotel bus but unfortunately did not find it among the hotel buses and waited more than two hours. We called the hotel phone listed in the booking but no one answered; we sent more than one email and received no response, which forced us to hire a taxi at a doubled price because the taxi drivers took advantage of the late hour. When we got to the hotel, we were given a room on lower floors that was not the same type as booked, and we accepted it because we were exhausted from travel. They refused to change the damaged room, which had double beds, one of which was in the lounge. The breakfast was very limited; it would have been better to cancel the breakfast. At checkout, they forced me to pay even though I had booked through the website with a non-refundable rate and I do not know why; they initially put the bill in the name of the facility with me, even though the booking was in my name and I paid with a Visa card. The room services were generally poor; this is an experience I will not repeat and does not justify the price paid.
