Everything looked beautiful and the staff were very kind; the breakfast felt almost personalized, the best I've had. Parking was limited, but there is street space that is relatively safe—something to keep in mind.

The staff took good care of us, and because it was off‑season we were the only guests, which made the experience even better. The room was spacious and welcoming with a lovely view of the volcano. The only quirk was having to ring the bell to get in, but someone was always there.
