The Wonderful Queen Room with Two Queen Beds includes air conditioning, a seating area, a wardrobe and a safe deposit box. It provides two large double beds and can accommodate a crib for an additional infant. Entertainment features a flat‑screen TV with cable channels.
The hotel is modern, the bar is cozy, the room is nice with a good view toward Seattle and plenty of light. There’s little flexibility on late check‑out, Wi‑Fi is paid, and you can’t use the shower in a privacy‑shielded way. That’s a matter of taste.
The view became spectacular once I swapped rooms and could see the lake, mountains, and Seattle; the other side was very underwhelming and I’d have been disappointed if I hadn’t switched. Room service and the engineering team were top notch, especially Lieng in engineering and Bea or B who helped me change rooms. It’s absurd to pay $450 a night for a room and then be charged for internet. The storage needs a makeover – there are two closets with no shelves or a bar for hanging clothes, so it’s basically useless except for luggage storage.
