The staff were good. The bedding, pillows, bath towels, and hand towels were lacking.

Maintenance is lacking, but it was still good. Everything feels old.

The place was generally quiet, very silent at night. The green garden with shade is nice for before or after excursions. You can use common areas like the living room or the breakfast area to have a drink in the afternoon or eat something you bought elsewhere or ordered, without needing to leave for a meal. The beds are very comfortable.

The place was in disrepair and the cleaning seemed neglected. There was no heating even though it was cold outside. When we asked for extra blankets, they were dirty and had bugs. We were traveling with another couple and the lady caught a tick. Because of this, we left a night early and requested a refund since we had paid in advance, but since we booked through this app we got no response. No one took responsibility. It was a very serious situation with no answers. Disappointing.
