The place is in a very convenient area. Mermaid beach is a really nice area of the Gold coast and away from the crowd. The guest house was really nice and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. We didn't expect to find the cat Mishka but she was really nice and friendly. The owner was really nice and helpful when we need it. I think just the price was a little bit too much but I understand that was also the Christmas period.

Cat on site meant unable to stay due to alergies. Smell of cat / food unpleasant. Shared bathroom was not expected
