The location is nice, tucked into a narrow alley in the old town, and the décor is pretty. The sheets are white cotton, and water, tea, and coffee are provided at check‑in. The staff try hard to accommodate every request. However, check‑in was an hour later than scheduled, the room cleaning was severely lacking, the room felt worn and the repairs were sloppy, and the bar was noisy.

The hotel’s position is excellent, surrounded by charming houses in a pleasant neighbourhood, all within walking distance. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the room is tidy with a TV and fridge. The balcony view is simply wow 😍😍.

The room I stayed in was extremely noisy and offered a terrible view. The utilities were outdated, and there was a hole in the ceiling. The reception staff constantly shouted downstairs and played loud music. I asked several times to stop the noise; they promised a better room upstairs but then stopped responding. The balcony was always flooded with water, so I couldn’t go outside. I had a late check‑out until 15:00 as per my booking, yet the front‑desk man told me to leave at 12:00 and ignored my reservation. I emailed about the situation, but after a week I still received no reply. It’s a shame!
