We arrived to an abandoned building with no reception desk and no one to greet us. The whole place was in terrible condition, and we couldn't even settle in. It was a total letdown and feels like a false advert. I’m asking for a refund for the hassle of finding another spot.

The hotel is excellent—close to the beach, clean, organized, and the AC keeps the room cool. The fridge, however, kept failing to chill even after they swapped it out, but since we only stayed two nights it didn’t ruin the trip.

The room was super ventilated, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole vibe was very calm. Unfortunately, the fridge leaked water all the time, and neither the TV nor the internet worked.
