The food at both the country club and the Ark was top-notch, and the nature experience was unbeatable.
The location with its viewing platforms above the lake makes you feel like you're part of its habitat without disturbing it.

“Totally unique and enjoyable stay with lovely staff.”
The setup was great and it was exciting to be woken when the game appeared… We saw many animals, including baby elephants and hyenas, which was a fantastic way to get up close. The staff were amazing and friendly, and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The bar was fully stocked and the buffet had plenty of tasty food. Bird‑feeding time was fun too. There was a log fire and blankets for cold nights, plus a hot water bottle in the bed. What a unique experience! We’re so glad we stayed.

Location and food. Donot provide drinking water with lunch or dinner / one had to buy drinking water during breakfast , lunch or dinner - which I think is very basic and should be included as a part of the cost they charge

The location near the waterhole is perfect, but smoke from the fires in the building is unhealthy; I woke up at 5 am to the smell of fire, which was unpleasant.

The place was spotless, the food was great and the whole experience unforgettable, plus the masseuse they have is fantastic; we’d suggest staying two nights instead of the usual one so you can enjoy the animals without crowds.
