From the start, I didn’t feel like I was paying for accommodation; instead, I felt like I was welcomed into a home. The treatment was very kind and friendly, almost like being part of the family. By far, the best service, comfort, and attention of all the experiences I’ve had in Italy so far. If I had known the experience would be so pleasant and La Spezia so lovely, I would have stayed a couple more days, probably… You can always come back. (What I didn’t like is POSITIVE)

The host was absolutely adorable, very welcoming, smiling, and attentive. She is truly professional and does everything to make us feel comfortable, never hesitating to ask if we need anything. The accommodation and rooms were impeccably clean and very pleasant. We had an excellent stay and I recommend this host more than strongly!

A nice room with a good bed and a very friendly host; the accommodation sits in the city centre so you can hear outside noises, but the breakfast at the bakery is fine. Nothing else to mention.

“Bellissima stanza a un ottimo prezzo”

The room was very spacious and comfortable, with meticulous attention to detail. The bathroom was large and super comfortable. The owner was extremely kind and very helpful, giving us loads of advice and tips. The only drawback is the location isn’t the best for returning after dinner, so you need to be careful.

“Réservez sans hésitation”

The welcome was excellent and warm, with plenty of little touches to make you feel at home. The location is great for easy travel, so I’d recommend it without hesitation. The only small note: the breakfast is brief, but the in‑room supplies make up for it.
