The hotel sits just outside the ZTL zone but everything is still within walking distance, and the train station isn’t far. The area is calm. Parking is in a locked courtyard. Rooms are practical and tidy, and breakfast is included in the price. However, breakfast could be better; the variety was small and items were often out of stock.

I have never slept on such a terrible bed in my life. The worst bed ever.

The location is great and the staff are nice. Apart from the linens, we were very satisfied with the room. It’s a student dorm, but it isn’t noisy and still has the usual hotel atmosphere. When the windows are open at night, the train noise is quite audible. We kept the windows closed because of the mosquito season in Italy, so that wasn’t a problem. The bed linen and towels had faint visible stains.

The hotel is located in a quiet side of Florence, which is great for sleeping. Transport is a 200‑meter walk straight to the city centre. Inside, the hotel is very quiet and a wonderful place to relax. The industrial‑design room is cozy, a little dark but acceptable. The bed and pillow are very comfortable. Parking inside feels safe for your car. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very limited.
