Great location! The coffee bar area was filthy—no trash can, so garbage was scattered on the table, and the table cloth was stained. I went out for coffee because it was so unappealing, whether it was free or not.

No room cleaning and the staff downstairs were unhelpful at all levels. The location.

The room was very nice and spacious, but one elevator wasn't working, forcing me to walk a lot to reach the only functioning one.

The stay was amazing, with great service from the male staff at the restaurant for dinner on July 11 and breakfast on July 12; he was efficient, friendly, and professional, but the light‑up mirror in the bathroom flickered and needs fixing.
