The location was good and the facilities were great, but they don’t provide soap as part of the stay – you have to buy a 4‑real bottle, which I found absurd, and the room service doesn’t include it. I also didn’t like that there was no breakfast.

The staff were very helpful and the environment is nice, but we stayed during a renovation period, so it’s likely to improve. I only stayed one night, so I can’t really evaluate it.

The space was cozy and welcoming, clean and well located, and the beds were very comfortable. The only downside wasn’t about the accommodation itself but about two guests who entered our room area and lay on the hammock that should have been ours, taking away all privacy.
