The hotel is huge, yet the self‑service laundry only had one washer‑dryer on the 9th floor and another on the 10th, with poor signage that made them almost impossible to find and they were placed on an outdoor balcony. A resort with a pool should definitely have better laundry facilities, and the water dispenser also lacked clear labeling – hope they can improve this.
