“Comodissimo, con qualcosa da rivedere”

Breakfast: the products weren’t top quality but overall good. The Genoese focaccia was spectacular. The breakfast was varied, sweet and savory, and we liked it a lot. Location: just outside the highway, in front of the shopping centre, near dining areas and right across from Leolandia. You can leave the car and walk, only 450 m away. Parking: included in the room even on the check‑in day. Personnel: very kind and welcoming, they send all the info about the room, access, location on WhatsApp, and you can check in online if you arrive after reception hours. The room was small but had everything needed; it could use more attention to detail. The mattress was too soft for me and the pillow too thin (suggest leaving a second pillow in the room). The armchair fabric was filthy and stained. Tile cracks were visible, some tiles moved, wall paint peeled and there were water stains. The climate grill was broken, the bedside lamp didn’t light. Cleaning needed more care. The bathroom wall near the sink was full of toothpaste splashes, the armchair fabrics were heavily stained, and the bathroom heating panel had a lot of dust. Overall, it’s a solid property I’d recommend for anyone visiting Leolandia, and we’ll probably come back.

The receptionist was friendly and close by, but the air conditioner smelled like urine and the room itself had a strong smoke odor.

The 24‑hour reception was very convenient with clear instructions, the furnishings were new, the room was spotless and fully equipped, even slippers were provided; arriving late, however, the location inside a shopping mall felt a bit unsettling at that hour.

The proximity to Parco Leolandia is great, and they offer a parking pass for the area below the building, which otherwise would be a restricted zone during operating hours.

“Soggiorno perfetto per un weekend a Leolandia!”

We stayed here and were truly excited; the staff were very kind and welcoming, the location is perfect for visiting Leolandia with a 10‑minute walk to the park, and the breakfast was excellent and plentiful—especially the savory options, which are hard to find in such variety. We also loved being able to leave our car in the hotel parking for the whole day, a very convenient service that let us enjoy the park worry‑free. Highly recommended! The downside was that the walls in the rooms weren’t well sound‑proofed, so if a neighbor is a bit noisy or rude, your night’s rest can suffer.
