We absolutely adored our stay at El Renacimiento Suites; the spot was spot‑on, within walking distance of the Centro and just a block from the Tranvia. The staff—friendly, helpful, and professional—went above and beyond, especially when my kids fell ill from the new climate and food; they adjusted breakfast to suit them, offering local bread, great coffee, and pancakes for the kids to feel at home. A huge thank you to Management and the stellar team led by Joven Gabriel, Ms. Carmen, Ms. Cristina, and Ms. Patricia. We can’t wait to return to Cuenca.
