It was disappointing that basic toiletries were missing.

The staff were friendly and the location was very good, but there was shampoo but no conditioner, which was frustrating; the shampoo also smelled oddly, like a strong first-time odor.

The cleanliness was on par with a five‑star property! The amenity shampoo felt diluted, and the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable.

The staff were friendly and the place was close to restaurants, the toilet had a bidet, and it was excellent; however, the breakfast was pricey for what you get, the air‑conditioning was mediocre and didn’t cool enough, the location lacks tourist sites, the wallpaper was peeling, and the room was small with no desk space.
