The hotel complex was clean and nicely furnished right at the foot of Varanginvuono, making it easy to head out for hikes in many directions; the breakfast was fully sufficient, varied, and tasty; the beds and linens were good; the bathroom was small but functional; a well-equipped shop was right next to the hotel; overall, it was a pleasant familiarity.

The interior of the hotel was nicely designed, but the rooms and bathrooms felt very cramped. The place felt impersonal because there was no staff around, except for a woman at breakfast. The breakfast was counted out, and the price‑to‑value ratio didn’t match up.

The bed was excellent and the clean, comfortable sheets made for a great sleep. The key codes worked smoothly. Continuing the trip from Pykeijaan to Vesisaari is a good idea for this spot. The breakfast time needed to be announced with the room number, which was unclear.

The room was very nice, and the housekeeping was friendly and efficient. The first impression of the exterior was a bit rough, but inside it was good.
