The service was very good and staff were friendly, but overall cleanliness was lacking.

Breakfast and staff were extra; the room felt a bit old and the soundproofing was light.

Nothing positive. The hotel sold urine on the toilet seat, the bed didn’t hold, no sheets, bedbugs, photo evidence, I had to move at night to switch hotel staff because it was impossible to let people sleep in rooms full of bedbugs.
