The extra room with bunks turned out to be larger than I expected, so that was a pleasant surprise.

The location was spot-on for our needs, with a nice view and plenty of space for a bigger group. The heating worked well, the shower was hot, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only gripe was the lack of bedside lamps and power points in the bunk room.

The cabin was quiet and peaceful, facing the river, which was a real treat. The only downside was the mattress on the bunks, which felt a bit thin.
