The reception was disastrous; we had booked via booking and upon arrival the hotel demanded cash payment because their system supposedly didn’t show the reservation. Only after showing the receipt could we access our rooms. Absolutely avoid this place!

Nothing good, the staff were rude. The receptionist and manager were extremely unfriendly and could not help. The bathroom was dirty with cockroaches, and there was male hair on the beds.

The staff and location were great, but it was too expensive compared to the old hotel.

The location was good, the room was clean and comfortable, and the welcome quality was solid, though it felt a bit impersonal on one side.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and close to the center, I recommend.
