A good place.

I had no feature I could rave about; we stayed out of sheer necessity. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and the room was unclean—bed linens might not even have been washed, which was awful.

They called to tell me the room couldn’t be prepared because previous guests left it in a horrible state, and when I asked if another room could be offered, they said no. Yet while I waited for the cancellation and afterward, I saw at least one free room available.
